Personal and Group Training

You're guaranteed a great workout every time you engage in a personal or group training session with Dr. Cheema.  Personal and group training sessions are available at the Austinmer location only.  Group sessions are limited to 4 to 8 people. 

Training sessions focus on musculoskeletal and/or cardiovascular conditioning, and employ resistance, plyometric and high-intensity interval training methods.  Always challenging and fun, the exercises can be adapted for all levels of fitness, from the initiate to adept.  Within a few weeks, you can expect to feel a major shift in how you feel, move and think, and this will translate to improvements in all aspects of your life.  

Please note:  It is highly recommended that clients hoping to gain the most out of personal training sessions first receive a personal exercise program consultation with Dr. Cheema.

Fee Schedule

Personal training session (1 hr approx.):  $100

Group training sessions (1 hr approx):   $30 each for group of 4 to 5;  $20 each for groups of 6 to 8

Rebates for exercise physiology consultations (personal training) are available through most private health funds.

Medicare and DVA rebates for personal training apply to clients who have been referred by their GP under the appropriate medical scheme.  Additional rebates for group-based training are available for clients with type 2 diabetes.
