Lectures and Presentations

Dr. Cheema routinely delivers guest lectures and presentations to health professionals, university students and the public on exercise and health topics.  Presentations typically include coverage of the scientific evidence as well as practical information that the audience can use to improve health and well-being in themselves and their clients.

Content is delivered in engaging and easy to understand terms with use of audiovisuals (lecture slides, video, etc.).  Dr. Cheema's approach is uplifting and inspiring, with an emphasis on empowering the audience to become more health conscious and supportive of their own transformation.

Fees for lectures are negotiable but generally start at $300/hr, and depend on the time required to research and prepare the material.
